Artificial nail work covers fills and full sets in acrylic, dipping powder, Gel-X and hard gel builder, with gel finishes included in most options. A separate kids' menu offers polish changes, gel add-ons, manicures, pedicures and a combined mani-pedi.

Beyond nails, the salon offers massage add-ons and a waxing menu for the face and body, from lip and eyebrow waxing up to full face and full arm services. Many smaller extras, such as a matte top, a shape for almond, coffin or stiletto nails, nail repair, cuticle trim or ombre, can be added to a visit.

Appointments can be booked online, and gift cards are sold with balances that can be checked on the website. Clients who are not fully satisfied are offered a touch-up before checkout. Once a service has been received and paid for, a full refund is not given; other adjustments are considered only in limited cases, after review, and within seven days of the appointment.

Services are arranged in tiers, from classic to luxury, with spa care systems used in the higher manicure and pedicure levels.
