Most of the menu is loc work. Starter locs for small to medium locs take about 2 hours 45 minutes, and the price varies with hair length and the size you want. Loc maintenance ranges from a shampoo-only visit to re-twisting, interlocking and full styling, and loc repair is charged per loc. Kids' locs are offered for ages 5 to 15, alongside kids' cornrows and a wash and re-twist.

Other services include deep conditioning, scalp massage, a protein treatment, and an apple cider vinegar rinse meant as a full hair and scalp cleanse. Specialty styles include pipe cleaner curls, perm rods, chrocht re-twists, and Cuban and Marley extended plaits and twists, which are protective styles with added hair rather than loc extensions.

First-time clients book a consultation in person or over Zoom, and a free 15-minute consultation is offered. Appointments are secured with a $25 deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours ahead, and appointments are rescheduled after a 20-minute grace period. Sunday work is by appointment only, and holiday work, after-hours visits and last-minute squeeze-ins carry fees. There are no walk-ins and no waiting area, pets are not allowed, and children must not be left unattended during services. Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay and credit or debit cards are accepted.
