The studio's main service is lash extensions, offered in four styles: Classic, YY, Hybrid and Volume. Each style can be booked as a full set or as a refill. Classic is described as adding length and thickness while still looking natural, YY as similar to Classic with about twice the fullness, Hybrid as a mix of Classic and Volume for fullness with a feathery texture, and Volume as giving a darker lash line and fluffier fullness.

Extensions need regular refills, which the studio recommends every 2 to 3 weeks. A refill covers up to 45 lashes per eye and requires that at least half of the extensions from the previous visit are still in good condition; otherwise a full set is booked instead. Full sets and refills have different appointment lengths, so the booking time varies by style.

A Lash Lift is also offered as its own service. It is a semi-permanent cosmetic treatment that curls and lifts natural lashes, and the studio notes it can last up to 6 weeks.

For removal, a 5 Min service covers a couple of extensions that can come off quickly, while a 30 Min service is required for removing multiple extensions or extensions held in heavy glue.

Cancellations or changes made on the same day are subject to a 30% fee. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to avoid it.

The studio offers a range of extension styles, from natural-looking Classic sets to fuller Volume and Hybrid looks, with refills scheduled on a regular cycle.
