Booking and visits follow a few set rules. Appointments are required, walk-ins are not accepted, and payment is by credit or debit card only. Acrylic nails are offered to clients who are 18 or older, or to younger clients with parental permission, and they need maintenance every two to three weeks. Nail-biting services begin with a consultation, and that treatment applies acrylic over the natural nail to protect it while it grows. Clients wait in their vehicle until staff signal them to come in, following a state-required sanitizing procedure. Companions who are not being served cannot enter, and outside products such as polish and files are not allowed during services. Clients who arrive sick are asked to leave and are charged the full service cost.

The salon uses Gelish, Profiles and Premium Nail Concepts products. Natural nail services include manicures and pedicures, including gel nails.

The building also offers rental space. Rental nail stations include high-end curing lamps, a Kupa Efile and over 600 gel polishes, with builder and hard gels. Nail art supplies are not included.
