New hair clients are asked to book a free, 15-minute in-person consultation with a stylist before a full service, since consultations are not done by phone. Prices are starting-point quotes and can change with hair length, hair amount, prior hair history and the color processes involved. Appointments are by appointment only, and a 20% deposit is required for new clients, for those with a history of cancellations or no-shows, and for all bookings because of high demand. Deposits can be paid by phone with a credit card or in person in cash, and cards are not kept on file.

Color visits have some preparation requirements. Hair should be clean but dry, without deep conditioners, oil treatments, heavy hair sprays, gels or Olaplex beforehand. Going from black hair to blonde is not done in one session, so longer hair goals often take several visits. The salon notes that color can oxidize within about a week with heavy sun, salt water, chlorine or without proper home care, and clients who are unhappy with their hair are asked to call within 7 days.

Beyond hair, the salon offers facials, body and facial waxing, brow and lash services, and bridal hair trials. It is open Tuesday and Wednesday 10AM to 5PM, Thursday and Friday 10AM to 7PM, and Saturday 9AM to 4PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Pay-over-time options are available for orders of $50.00 or more, and listed prices are starting points.
