Facials are tailored to individual skin needs. The Express Facial is suited to teens and is the lowest-priced option, while the Signature Facial and a Back Facial Treatment are also offered. For more targeted work, the specialty menu includes dermaplaning, which uses a surgical blade to gently remove dead skin and fine vellus hair, and microdermabrasion, which uses fine crystals and suction to exfoliate. Chemical peels use PCA Skin products. According to the business, microdermabrasion can improve the look of fine lines, acne scarring and pigmentation. Dermaplane and microdermabrasion are offered as stand-alone treatments or as longer facials.

Eye services include brow and lash tinting, Elleebana lash lifts with or without tint, and brow lamination with a brow wax. Add-ons can be combined with a facial or treatment: a collagen mask, a collagen eye treatment, or a glycolic acid treatment that takes about 15 minutes. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest and bikini area, and pedicures range from a mini pedicure to an ultimate hot stone pedicure.

Booking is online, and the booking page lists the business as closed on Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice cancellation carries a fee of 50% of the appointment. Late arrivals may have their session shortened, but the full service is charged. All retail sales are final, with returns accepted only for product defects. Gift cards can be bought online for a future visit or as a gift.

Facials are tailored to each client's skin needs, and exfoliating and peel-based treatments are available for clients who want more targeted work.
