The salon says hygiene is its first priority. Disposable pedicure kits and single-use liners are used on pedicure chairs, and reusable tools are sanitized regularly. The Bella Pampered Natural pedicure runs 30 minutes with paraffin wax, a cooling mask, hot stone massage and sugar scrub, and the salon states that all of its products are organic.
Manicures step up from a Basic service with nail trim, shaping, buffing, cuticle care, lotion, massage, hot towel and polish, to a Deluxe with sugar scrub, paraffin and a hot towel wrap before polish. The no-chip polish manicure uses a gel polish cured under UV light, and the salon guarantees it to last at least 10 to 14 days; clients who have a problem are asked to contact the salon right away for a fix.
Walk-ins are welcome, though clients with appointments are seen first. Appointments should be cancelled at least an hour ahead. Clients who register earn reward points, 250 of which becomes a $5 reward that can be combined with other offers. Groups of five or more receive 10% off the whole bill with a minimum service of $30 per person, and wedding parties of five or more receive a free gift for the bride along with 10% off. Gift cards do not expire. All services carry a satisfaction guarantee, and clients who are not satisfied are asked to tell the manager. Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Hygiene comes first, with disposable pedicure supplies, single-use chair liners and regular sanitizing of reusable tools.
