Services are grouped into full sets for first applications and refills for maintaining an existing set. Full sets are offered in Classic, Y Mink & Clover, Wispy & Hybrid, 3D Volume and 6D Volume styles. Refills follow the same five styles.

Appointment lengths depend on the style. Classic and Y Mink & Clover sets take about 1 hour 15 minutes, Wispy & Hybrid sets about 1 hour 30 minutes, and refills about 1 hour.
