The studio is inside Sola Salon on Park Place Boulevard in Minneapolis. Clients do not need to be buzzed into the building. On arrival, they let the studio know they are there and wait to be called.

Text is the preferred way to reach the studio, and phone calls are not answered during appointments. Weekday hours run from 8:15 am to 4:15 pm on Wednesday through Friday, with shorter days on Tuesday and Saturday ending at 12:15 pm, and Monday and Sunday ending at 10:30 am.

Waxing ranges from small areas like the lips, nose and ears to larger areas such as the back, legs and a full lower body package. There are separate men's options for ball waxing, bikini lines, Brazilian and full butt. Brow and lash services include eyebrow touch-ups, shaping with tint, brow lamination, and lash lifts with tint.

Booking rules are firm. Changes and cancellations must be made 24 hours ahead, and new clients send a deposit to hold an appointment, refundable if it is canceled within the policy. Clients more than 6 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and a $15 fee can apply if the studio can still see them. After two no-shows, clients can only book as walk-ins.
