The pedicure menu runs from a 25-minute Express pedicure with nail and cuticle work, buffing, callus removal and a light massage, up to longer options with more massage time. The Botanical pedicure opens with a mineral herbal soak, the Herbal pedicure uses herbal extracts and lavender oil, and the Clementine pedicure is built around citrus extracts. The Golden Luxury and Volcano pedicures add salt soaks, collagen treatments, volcano crystal cleansing and paraffin wraps, with extended massage. Facial services use the ageLOC line, including the ageLOC Galvanic Spa System II, along with Epoch Glacial Marine Mud, the Facelift Masque, a light facial peel and refreshing masks for combination, oily, dry or normal skin. The salon takes clients' allergies, sensitivities and medical concerns into account by recording them in each client profile. Booking policy requires notice on the original date of service, no refunds are given, and children are only allowed in the spa when they are receiving services. Visa, MasterCard and cash are accepted, and checks are not. If a client is not satisfied, the salon will redo the same service within three days.

Pedicures here are done in basin soaks rather than with traditional jet spa systems. Tools are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between clients, and again once the day closes.
