The menu runs from short two-braid feed-ins and stitch braids up to long knotless, three-layer feed-in, bohemian and micro braid styles. Several styles include hair in the price. For a few styles, such as small knotless and micro braids, the stylist supplies the braiding hair.

Appointments vary a great deal by style. A two-braid feed-in takes about an hour and ten minutes, while micro braids take close to twelve hours. Clients should arrive with hair freshly washed, blow dried and free of product, and natural hair needs to be at least 5 inches long all around. For the short bohemian braids, clients come with hair washed and blown out, without product.

Booking requires a $25 deposit paid through Venmo or Zelle, and the remaining balance is paid in cash only. Children and extra guests are not allowed because of limited space, services are offered to girls ten years of age and up, and booked services cannot be changed. The salon also sells New Organic Castor Oil for $10.00, excluding sales tax.
