The menu has three facials. The Bees Knees Facial is tailored to each client's skin type, uses hydrating formulas and natural ingredients, and includes a facial massage over 60 minutes. The Queen Bee Facial runs 65 minutes, and the business describes it as aimed at firmness, fine lines and wrinkles. The Bee Clear Facial is designed for acne-prone skin and takes 80 minutes.

Waxing is a large part of the menu, covering the face, chest, stomach, back, arms, underarms, legs, bikini and Brazilian areas. Single-area waxes such as lip, chin, ears, nose and fuzzy navel are priced at $10, and the Brazilian wax covers the crotch, labia and buttock crack. Clients are asked to let hair grow about two weeks before a Brazilian appointment and to choose the New client option when booking for the first time.

Tooth gems are temporary, non-invasive tooth decorations available in a small or medium size. Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the total appointment cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
