Hair extensions are the salon's most specific focus. The extensions are made from 100% real human hair in a range of lengths, colors and structures. Halo extensions from Hidden Crown and Halocouture use an invisible wire and microbead rather than tape, clips or glue. Hidden Crown comes in more than 30 colors, three designs and eight lengths, and Halocouture comes in 23 original shades plus seven balayage shades. For thinning hair on top, a hair integration method attaches virtually invisible threads in a net-like base that blends with the client's own hair; it is not meant for advanced hair loss. For advanced loss or no hair on top, a replacement system with a silk, mono or lace base is permanently attached around the edges. Integration usually takes a few hours. The salon lists full-head extension costs roughly at $1,200 to $2,500 and up in the lower to mid-range and $2,500 to $6,000 and up at the luxury end, varying with hair quality, method, length, volume and stylist experience. It says extensions should be installed by a certified professional extensionist.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers full color, partial and full highlighting, and balayage that is hand painted to suit each client. Color balancing toners are applied at the shampoo bowl to blend zones after highlights and to neutralize or enhance tones. Color corrections address damage from color work done outside a professional salon and are built around a custom formula. They can take four to eight hours and often need several sessions spaced weeks apart. Precision cuts, children's and men's haircuts, and treatments such as Brazilian Blowout smoothing, which includes a blow-dry and can last up to 12 weeks with proper care, round out the menu. Treatments and texture services do not include a cut or blow-dry. Wedding and special occasion styling can be done in the salon or on site, with bridal services for the wedding party and high-definition airbrush makeup available alongside.

Booking is by choosing a service, date and time. A non-refundable deposit holds the time slot for extension and wedding consultations. Extensions, hair pieces and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged. Payment is accepted by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal, and PayPal applications may offer no interest for six months. The building also leases salon suites to independent hair, nail, skin care and massage professionals. Suite tenants receive a full-time receptionist, phone, cable and internet, utilities paid, and access to 24/7 secured and monitored facilities, parking, on-site laundry, a break room and free WiFi. The salon serves Tarrant, Dallas and Collin counties, including Southlake, Colleyville, Fort Worth, Plano and Frisco.
