The studio says every service is customized to the individual client's features. Clients who prefer not to travel can request house calls.

Appointments are offered Thursday and Friday evenings from 5:30 to 9:30 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed Sunday through Wednesday.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointment lengths vary by service, from about 35 minutes for brow tinting and foreign lash removal to around three hours for classic and full sets.
