Bee Well Spa is a small studio built as a relaxing space where clients can book both massage and facial services. It is meant as a quiet retreat from everyday stress, and Melissa runs it on her own, handling every appointment herself.

The studio is in Suite 134 of Phenix Salon Suites, inside Crossroads Mall in Bellevue. Visits are by appointment only, and text is the preferred way to reach the studio. Clients who are unsure which facial to book can ask for a treatment plan, and intake forms ask about any allergies.

The facial menu runs from a classic option and a teen-focused facial to advanced treatments. These include a marine spicule peel described as liquid microneedling, which is best done as a series and includes post-care product, a carboxy facial, and a glass glow facial made with Korean professional products that is pregnancy friendly. Several facials include a neck and shoulder massage, and some are seasonal.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, scalp treatments and a seasonal two-hour chai-inspired massage. Prenatal and postpartum treatments are offered, with postpartum work booked four to six weeks after delivery or once a healthcare provider has cleared the client. Spa packages pair a facial with a massage in a single visit.

At present the studio is reserving appointments for existing clients only, and new clients who book are cancelled. New clients holding a gift card from an existing client can email to arrange a visit. A waitlist is available for existing clients seeking earlier openings, which usually come up same-day or within three days. Gift cards come in set amounts of $85, $120, $165 and $205, or a custom amount, and the studio has a loyalty program for clients.

Treatments are kept personal in a small studio, with a treatment plan offered to clients who are unsure which facial suits them.
