Face waxing at the Pontiac location is walk-in and first come, first served, while body and bikini waxing is by appointment only. Clients for those services first complete a consent form online and then call the salon to book. The wax is organic and suited to sensitive skin, with a green tea wax as the default and hard wax or honey beeswax on request, and a fresh application stick is used for every dip. Waxing is available during pregnancy, and clients under eighteen need a parent present for bikini or Brazilian waxing.

Facials are customized for all skin types and take about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. A session includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a massage and a mask, and the salon recommends a visit every 28 to 45 days. Facial products come from Switzerland, Canada and Hungary, and the salon says its facials are given by a trained, licensed esthetician. Micro-dermabrasion is also offered, including a Bee Scrubbed version for all skin types.

Lash and brow services include strip lashes, individual faux lashes, individual semi-permanent lashes, mink extensions and fill-ins, lash tinting, brow tinting in four shades, and brow lamination. Individual lashes last about two weeks and mink lashes three to five weeks, both needing upkeep, while brow and lash tint last up to three weeks. The salon says its brows are shaped by certified estheticians, and brow services include individual consultations.

Microblading and permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyeliner are offered alongside microneedling, with a 20-minute brow consultation before microblading. Microneedling is suggested as a series spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, six sessions followed by one or two maintenance sessions a year. Electrolysis is offered for permanent hair removal, priced by time from $25 for 15 minutes to $100 for 60 minutes. Microblading is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Facial, Brazilian waxing and lash appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, or 20% of the service cost applies. Microblading and microneedling require a 50% deposit and 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and the deposit is forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Prices are subject to change. Ear piercing is offered for children from six months old and up, with hypoallergenic, nickel-free posts.

The brand presents itself as values-based, with skincare built on plant-based botanicals, herbs and essential oils. Its products contain no beeswax, are paraben free, certified vegan and never tested on animals.
