Every service takes place in a private treatment room with the door closed, and only the person receiving the service goes in. The menu covers Brazilian and bikini work, brows and face, Smooth Face packages, body waxing, men's and teen waxing, and lash services. New clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to fill out a new client form, and clients under 17 need a consent form completed at the salon.

There are no memberships, contracts, monthly fees or prepayment; clients pay for each visit when they book it. The price shown is the total paid, as the salon is a no-tipping salon. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of each scheduled service. Clients arriving more than about 5 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the service. Online booking is available at any time.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 to 6, Wednesday from 10 to 2, and Saturday from 8:45 to 5, and is closed on Sundays. The boutique sells clothing, accessories and crystals, which can be bought online or through curbside pickup; all boutique sales are final. A referral program gives both the person referring and the new client $10 off at checkout.

Licensed estheticians who do not rush clients. Fresh gloves and a fresh applicator stick are used for every dip, and tables are disinfected between clients.

Each treatment room is private, with the door closed during service.
