Bee's Chair is owned and run by Brenda Vo, known as Bee, who also works as the stylist. The main salon is on Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land, and select appointments are also available there, while returning guests can book private studio time in the Houston 77085 area.

The salon builds each service around the client's hair, daily life and desired look instead of applying one standard routine. Keeping hair healthy is treated as part of the color and styling work, not a separate add-on.

New guests are asked to reach out before booking so the right service, timing and location can be arranged. Returning guests can contact the salon directly to schedule. No extra guests are allowed during a visit. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday.

Bookings are held for 15 minutes past the start time. If a client hasn't arrived or contacted the salon by then, the appointment is cancelled and has to be booked again. Arriving after that window, cancelling on the same day, skipping an appointment without calling, or cancelling within 72 hours of it all incur a 50% service fee. To change an appointment, clients should send a text at least 72 hours beforehand. Each booking may be moved one time, and the new date must fall within 28 days of the original.

Signature offerings include custom color, hand-painted balayage, corrective color and hair transformations, along with extension installs and maintenance and on-location hair and makeup for events. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Services are shaped around each client's hair, routine and look, with healthy hair kept in view alongside color and styling.
