Hours are Sunday every other week from 11am to 4pm, closed Mondays, Tuesday through Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Friday from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. A $25 non-refundable deposit applies to services priced over $45 and is credited toward the total. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and one reschedule is allowed with the deposit transferred. A missed appointment without notice forfeits the deposit, and after two no-call/no-show appointments the business ends the client relationship. Booking several appointments to choose one later cancels all of them. The business may refuse any service that could compromise the health or safety of its team or clients.
