Appointments are offered Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed Sunday through Tuesday. A booking deposit may be required, is nonrefundable and is applied to the service. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice moves the deposit to the new appointment. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice or not attending incurs a fee of 50% of the service. Financing is available through third-party providers, and HSA or FSA payment may be possible for eligible services.

Each treatment plan begins with a face-to-face consultation. The team reviews complexion, how reactive the skin is, the condition of its protective layer, previous procedures, the at-home regimen, and whether the client is prepared to start. Choices are made case by case, not from seasonal fashions or standard protocols.
