The studio describes itself as Bee Cave's premier private hair studio; that is its own claim.

Only one guest is booked at a time, with no double-booking or overlapping services, so each visit is a single client's appointment. Every visit begins with a complimentary consultation covering hair history, lifestyle and color goals. Corrective color and extensions are quoted only after that consultation, and new extension guests must book a free consultation first.

Services fall into three groups. Color and highlights cover balayage, blonding, gray coverage and color correction, with every color service including toning and lightening services including bond protection. Haircuts and blowouts include women's, men's and youth cuts along with a luxury blowout. Extensions and smoothing cover extension consultations and move-ups, plus the Brazilian Blowout.

Booking is done through StyleSeat, where every service and its price is shown before booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price, in each case less the deposit already paid. Clients can ask for a combined visit when booking, and the studio says this can usually be planned.

Each visit starts with a consultation on hair history, lifestyle and goals, and the studio aims for color and extensions that read as the client's own hair, refined, and that still look right between appointments.
