Color is the main focus, from root refreshes and gray coverage to full and partial foil highlights and dimensional blends with lowlights. Extensions are offered in tape-in, sew-in weft, I-tip and fusion methods, along with halo and clip-in options.

A typical extension journey begins with the consultation, moves to the installation, and continues with scheduled maintenance appointments. Extension clients are asked to follow a home-care routine given at their consultation. Color visits end with a review of the result against the consultation, followed by a maintenance plan and timeline.

Appointments can be booked online through the scheduling system and are confirmed by email. Requests for 48 hours' notice are made for rescheduling or canceling, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee. Extension installations require a non-refundable deposit, and hair for installs is purchased in full at that point because it is custom ordered. Accepted payments are credit and debit cards, cash and personal checks. The platform lists the salon as open Monday from 10 AM to 2 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
