Bebe Nails & Spa covers a broad range of nail and beauty services under one roof. Clients can get full acrylic sets, acrylic wraps, liquid gel, silk wraps, SNS with tips, powder gel and color ombre, along with a range of nail art. Manicures and pedicures come in many named versions, including sugar, green tea, milk and honey, lavender and men's options. Waxing, eyelash extensions, a kid menu and nail maintenance and repair round out the menu.

The salon offers VIP manicures and pedicures, which add a complimentary neck and shoulder massage, an herbal wrap and a fruit or snack to the service. Mini packages and mani and pedi specials bundle a manicure, a pedicure, a nail set or waxing into one booking. Clients can book online, choosing their services, a technician, and a date and time. Arriving at least 10 minutes early is requested.

The salon says its technicians are highly trained and that its aim is to care for the whole person: mind, body and spirit, in a relaxing and comfortable setting. Specialized services are offered for wedding parties, proms, birthdays and corporate groups, and clients are asked to contact the manager for details. Group appointments require a credit card deposit. Hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Gift certificates come in several values and can be put toward any service or retail product. Each one has to be used within 12 months of its issue date. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and if one goes missing or is taken, the salon won't issue a replacement. If a client is unhappy with a service, the salon will redo it at no charge within three days, but the client must tell the salon the same day. For artificial nails, the salon will correct a problem within three days, yet no refund is given on any nail service. Changing your mind about a service on the same day or later means paying 50% of the new service's price on top of what was charged for the original. The salon takes no responsibility for misplaced or damaged belongings, nor for allergic reactions or burns from waxing when a client is using acne medication or creams or has sensitive skin.
