Manicure options include gel manicures, Classic Sets done in Gel-X, builder gel, or hard gel with a solid color, cat-eye, or chrome finish, and Freestyle and You Choose sets. In Freestyle, the client chooses length and shape and the technician creates the design; in You Choose, the client picks the design within the booked time.
Pedicures range from a Classic Pedi for maintenance, which is for returning clients who had a pedicure within the last four weeks, to the Clean Girl Pedi and the Rose Milk and Honey Pedi. Both of the longer pedicures include a series of soaks, scrubs, or masks along with gel polish. Repairs on the salon's own work and removals of nails done elsewhere are also available, and removals must be booked in advance.
New clients pay a deposit once the appointment is approved, and returning clients keep a card on file. Cancelling or missing an appointment within 48 hours is charged, with returning clients paying 50 percent. Arriving 10 or more minutes late counts as a cancellation. Cash and card are accepted, with a 3.5 percent fee on card payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set or custom amounts and are final sale. Appointments outside posted hours carry a $30 fee. Extra guests and children are welcome, and filming may occur, with cameras in place for safety. No services are given on damaged or infected nails.
According to the salon, the aim is a personal, relaxing nail experience at accessible prices, with every appointment handled one-on-one by the owner.
