BeautyTherapy focuses on eyelash and eyebrow work. Lash extensions and lash fills are the main offering, alongside lash lifts with tint and a set of brow services.

Clients can book online. The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm, Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm, and is closed on Sundays. There is a waiting area where early arrivals can have complimentary drinks and sweets.

Before a visit, clients should arrive with no eye makeup. Waterproof makeup should be avoided for three days beforehand, and anyone wearing eye makeup on arrival is asked to remove it in the restroom before the service starts. Phones are kept on silent during the appointment.

The studio has clear rules on timing and changes. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled fee and no-shows are charged the full fee. Same-day rescheduling carries a 50% charge. An appointment is cancelled if the studio has not heard from the client within 15 minutes of its start time, and clients who arrive late for back-to-back bookings may be asked to reschedule. Concerns about a service need to be raised within 48 hours of the appointment. Lash and brow services are non-refundable, though a removal is offered free of charge after an allergic reaction to a service.

Lash refills require at least half of the lash extensions to remain; otherwise a full set is charged. Fills are recommended to be booked at least two weeks ahead. Gift cards are sold, and checkout is handled through Square.
