The extension menu includes Express, Classic, Hybrid, 2-3D and 4-6D Volume, Mega Volume, Wispy, Wet Effect and Mascara Effect styles. Full sets and refills are priced separately: an Express full set is $90 with a refill at $70, a Classic full set is $110 with a refill at $90, and a Mega Volume full set is $170 with a refill at $150. Appointment times are listed at about 30 minutes for Express, about 1 hour 30 minutes for Classic, 2 hours for Volume and Mascara Effect, 1 hour 30 minutes or more for Hybrid, and 2 hours or more for Mega Volume.

Other services include lash lifts at $90, lash removal at $20 and eyebrow lamination at $80, which is listed at about one hour. A loyalty program makes every tenth appointment free.

The training courses are built around practice. Each course has a theory module, hands-on work on a live model and a skills assessment for each topic. Topics cover lash anatomy, adhesives, lash mapping, placement, removal, styling, aftercare and allergy awareness. The beginner course is listed at $1,200, a hybrid course for classic lash artists at $500, and the Volume, Mega Volume, Wispy, Wet Effect and Anime Style courses at $700 each. Students receive a certificate of completion and ongoing support after the course. The training page notes that the certificate is not a state license and that a state license is still required to charge for lash services in Florida.

Treatments are tailored to each client, using high-quality materials and strict hygiene standards, and training is taught through practice on live models.
