The business keeps firm timing rules. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $20 late fee. For 60-minute services, an appointment is cancelled if the client is more than 20 minutes late, and for 30-minute services it is cancelled if the client is more than 10 minutes late.

Cancellations and reschedules should be made at least 12 hours before the appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable unless the business cancels and the time cannot be moved to another date. Clients who repeatedly fail to cancel in a reasonable time or to let the business know about missed appointments may be unable to rebook.

Virtual appointments are paid for when they are booked. Payment is refunded only if the business cancels or the client cannot reschedule.
