Appointment lengths range from about 1 hour 30 minutes for a fill-in to 3 hours 30 minutes for the longer luxury sets with bottom lashes.
Clients book with a $22 deposit that goes toward the service and is non-refundable. Appointments need a clean face and clean lashes with no makeup or mascara, and extra time to remove these is charged. Fill-ins depend on keeping at least 40 to 50 percent of the extensions, and a new full set is needed after the second and third fill-in. The salon does not work over extensions applied by other technicians. A house call option is also listed, which includes two weeks of fill-ins.
