Clients who are unsure which look suits them can book a consultation before a full set. Lash styles run from natural and hybrid to wispy, fuller and mega volume. A patch test can be arranged 24 hours before an appointment for anyone worried about a reaction to lash glue. A full set usually takes about 2 to 3 hours and a fill about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the chosen style and how many natural lashes are present. The studio says it puts quality ahead of speed and aims for a relaxing visit.

Extensions are made from Korean PBT fiber, a synthetic material, which the studio describes as vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and hypoallergenic. It describes its lashes as premium and its service as luxury lash extensions, and it says retention can last up to four weeks. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Between visits, clients are asked to clean their lashes at least three times a week, or daily if they wear makeup every day. Oil-free makeup removers are recommended. Eye shadow and liquid or pencil eyeliner can be worn with extensions, but mascara is discouraged.

Booking requires a security deposit of 25 or 50 dollars, depending on the service. Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead or the deposit is kept, and a rescheduled appointment needs a new deposit. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late are charged a late fee, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be rebooked. Clients arriving with less than 40 percent of their extensions remaining are charged the full set price. The studio does not perform fills on clients wearing extensions from another lash artist. If a client is dissatisfied, a free fix or full refund is offered when reported within 48 hours of the appointment. A rewards and loyalty program is also available.
