The studio says it builds its services around each client, aiming to enhance natural features rather than reshape them to follow trends. Mei owns the studio and leads the artistry.

Lash services range from classic and wet sets to wispy volume looks, Manhua clusters and a signature fusion set that can be done with natural or volume options. Brown lash shades are available in several sets, and fills are timed by how many lashes remain on the natural lash.

Permanent makeup covers brows in hairstroke, ombre and combo styles, eyeliner, and lips, including lip blushing and lip blush neutralization for darker lips. Full face packages bundle brows, eyeliner and lips, and touch-up packages cover follow-up sessions. The studio claims its touch-ups help results last up to 2 to 3 years.

Booking carries a few firm rules. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, and deposits are not returned for changes made later than that. Changes made within 4 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service fee including the deposit. Late arrivals are seen within the time left in the appointment rather than charged a late fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and cannot be refunded.
