The studio is built around brows and lashes, which are Kelsey's specialties, and its menu is organized into brows, lashes, lash fills, facials, waxing and packages. Brow services include a quick wax, a semi-permanent tint, a combined wax and tint shaping, and a lamination that reshapes the brows and adds color. Lash services include tinting, removal, a semi-permanent lash lift, and a lift with tint.

Facials are a shorter menu: a peel with cleanse and post-peel treatment for dull or hyperpigmented skin, a teen facial with exfoliation and a custom mask, and a customized facial adjusted to each client's needs. Bundled services such as The Works combine brow and lash treatments into one visit at a lower total than booking them separately.

Clients who keep up their lash results can book fills at set intervals. Hybrid and volume fills are reserved for existing lash clients and are not done over lash sets from other artists. Prepaid lash fill packages save 20% and credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page. Gift cards are available in fixed amounts or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery.

New clients pay a deposit for the lash lift, lift with tint, and bundled packages. Cancellations within 12 hours of an appointment, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late without contact are subject to a 30% fee. Gift card sales are final.
