beautybyash headspa describes its headspa as a blend of scalp care and relaxation. The treatment is a scalp and self-care session that includes deep scalp cleansing, massage and stress relief.

Sessions run from a 30-minute headspa for $55 to a 60-minute headspa with facial for $85, which adds a hair oil treatment, scalp exfoliation, facial and neck and shoulder massage. The longest option is a 90-minute headspa with facial for $120, with a deep scalp treatment, scalp massage using a scalp tool, and neck and shoulder massage. Hair styling and haircuts can be added on, starting at $10 and $15.

Kids can book a 30-minute Kids Headspa for ages 6 to 15 at $40, or a 45-minute version with a facial for $50, which uses gentle, non-harsh products. Children under 18 need written parental consent and a parent or guardian present, and the space has no waiting room or sitter service, so children stay in the treatment room only while receiving a service.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Booking is made by calling or texting the phone number. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change without a fee; later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled session, and no-shows are charged the full service fee to the card on file. Arriving late means receiving the remaining time at the full cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation and no-show. After two broken appointments, advance booking requires pre-payment.

Payment is due at the time of service. Apple Pay, Cash App, cash and credit or debit cards are accepted, and card payments carry a surcharge, with a separate cash price listed. Clients with a fever, open wounds on the scalp, neck or shoulders, or a widespread rash or skin irritation are asked to reschedule. Medical conditions, injuries, medications and health changes should be disclosed before each session, and headspas are for relaxation and therapeutic purposes rather than a substitute for medical care.

Gift cards can be bought online and sent to someone else. They are non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, must be used in full, and give no cash back. A gift card is void if the 24-hour cancellation notice is not given. An intake form for 2026 is available to download.
