Makeup work centers on bridal, editorial, quinceañera, prom and graduation events, and the portfolio includes prom, wedding, quinceañera and maternity photo shoot work. Lash services span very natural to dramatic looks, from classic and hybrid sets to volume, wet-look, wispy, anime and brown styles. Fills keep existing sets maintained, and brow services include waxing, mapping, thread or tweezer shaping, temporary tint and brow lamination.

Appointments are booked in advance with a deposit that depends on the service. The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and is closed on Sunday and Monday. Same-day appointments are not offered, but squeeze-ins can be requested for a $20 fee. Guests, including children and pets, are not permitted to attend, and clients arrange their own transportation.

Payment is by cash for the remaining balance, with a $10 fee for electronic payments. Guests have a 10-minute grace period, a $10 late fee applies after 15 minutes, and the appointment is cancelled after 20 minutes. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A no-call or no-show is charged 50% of the service total, and a second one leads to a ban on booking. Rescheduling within the same week keeps the existing deposit, while moving to another week requires a new one. No refunds are given.
