The permanent makeup menu includes microblading, powder brows, a microblading-and-shading option with a slightly thicker, backdrop-style brow, lip blush, upper and lower lash-line tattoos, skin camouflage tattooing, and micro-needling for softening scars. Before cosmetic tattooing, a free consultation is offered, and the owner recommends that every client book one.

Beautybossmd Academy teaches permanent makeup in the owner's private studio. The five-day hands-on microblading course covers health department rules, sanitation, an infection prevention control plan, insurance, skin conditions and eyebrow mapping. Registration includes a professional kit, a training manual, client and health department forms, branding and marketing advice, and mentoring after the course. An optional shading course adds one day and a tattoo machine to the kit.
