BeautyAveOnline operates primarily online, selling beauty products and offering makeup services that clients book through its website. Appointments are made through Easy Appointment Booking by Servicify.

The makeup menu is split into glam makeovers and bridal makeup. Glam makeovers are a full face makeover, with an optional strip lash application, and are offered at the client's own location or at the SR Beauty Bar studio at 2820 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Duluth. Listed prices are $95 for the standard glam makeover, $95 for the early-morning version booked before 8am, $105 for the version booked before 10am (tax included), and $175 for a glam makeover at the client's location. Bridal makeup and bridal makeover at the client's location are each listed at $120.

The business also sells products, including a glitter eyeshadow and blush palette at $20, a Bite Me lipstick at $10, and several wigs: a 22 inch Deep Curly Lace Wig at $375, a model called Bali at $700, and a Curly/Wavy Frontal at $135. Custom wigs take 14 business days to process and all other products take 3 business days. Gift cards are sold from $25, in $25, $75, $95 and $100 amounts.

Booking rules are straightforward. One reschedule is allowed within six months of the original booking date, and services are not refunded. Product returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, are given as store credit only, and must be unworn or unused in original condition with tags, packaging and proof of purchase. Defective, damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Wholesale, custom, personal care, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. The website is not intended for anyone under 16.
