Services are grouped by type. Color work includes partial and all-over highlights, a single-process color touch-up as an add-on, and a combined single-process color and silk press. Silk press and braiding are offered in several forms, from feed-in and knotless braids to tribal braids and sleek ponytails and updos. Flawless sew-in and quick weave installations are also available. Children ages 4 to 14 can book from the Little Beauties collection, which includes ponytails, feed-in and French braids, and knotless styles.
New clients book The BeautyGal Experience, and returning clients who have been away for three months or more are asked to book it too. The studio says this visit is meant to restore and strengthen the hair before styling. Consultations are $20. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM; the studio is closed Sunday and Monday.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of $25 to $100, which is applied to the total. Deposits can be moved once or twice within the same month as the original booking; moving one to a later month requires a new deposit. Remaining balances are paid in cash only. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which a $20 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled after 20 minutes without arrival. The studio asks for at least 48 hours notice for changes. Same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged 50% of the service total, and repeated no-shows may limit future booking. If the studio cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.
The studio says it uses current methods and techniques through ongoing education, and that its work aims to help clients feel confident in their natural hair. It also says it uses only products made from real human hair.
