Booking is done in steps. An appointment fee of $30 holds the slot, is non-refundable, and is deducted from the final cost of services. A consultation fee is also non-refundable, and no other service can be booked on the same day. Fixed-price services must be paid in full in advance by credit or debit card, and prepayment deposits can be set at $120, $250, $400, $800, $1,000 or $2,000 and applied toward the total. Deposits are partially refundable and transferable, a $75 no-show fee is taken from the deposit, and with notice a deposit can be applied once to a rescheduled appointment.

Clients who need a time outside the regular schedule can request a VIP off-schedule appointment. The VIP fee is $50 for services under $500 and $200 for services over $500. It is non-refundable, is separate from the service price, and does not count toward the cost of the service. After paying, the client texts the business within 15 minutes to choose a date and time.
