Beauty Well Salons

Beauty Well Salons is a salon suite rental business at 535 University Ave., San Diego, CA 92103, in the Hillcrest neighborhood. Rather than running salon services itself, it leases suites to beauty professionals who operate their own businesses. The business says its corner sits at one of the busier intersections in San Diego, which it presents as a location with strong visibility and steady foot traffic.

The building offers single and double occupancy suites on an all-inclusive basis. Rent covers utilities, wifi and common area cleaning. Suites have new pedestal shampoo bowls and premium vinyl flooring, and some have exposed brick walls. Tenants can customize their suite with their own design, so each renter can set up a space that fits their work.

Because tenants run their own businesses, there are no salon commissions taken from their income. The front lobby was recently remodeled. Prospective renters can book a tour of the suites through the business to see the space before committing.

Questions can be sent through the website's contact form, which asks for a name, email and message. The business can also be reached by phone at (858) 449-9996. The building is open Monday through Sunday, 8am to 9pm.

The business leases independent suites on an all-inclusive basis, so tenants run their own businesses without salon commissions.
