Beauty Therapy, also called Beauty Therapy by Devon, opened in 2013 as a small, intimate facial practice. Devon Johnson, an esthetician, created it as a studio run by an esthetician, and it still works by appointment only.

Treatments and products are fitted to each client's skin, needs and lifestyle instead of a single routine for everyone. The studio draws on both holistic and clinical ideas about skin and wellness. Every facial includes what the studio calls Signature Essentials: deep cleansing, custom exfoliation, gentle extractions, a warming and moisturizing hand treatment, hand and arm massage, and a pure oxygen infusion spray.

Facials range from The Tough Guy Facial, a 55-minute option designed for men at $190, to The Works, a 100-minute facial at $335. The Classic Beauty (70 minutes, $245) pairs Signature Essentials with one advanced therapy, and The Luxe Beauty (85 minutes, $285) pairs it with two. New clients can add 15 minutes for skin analysis and a consultation. Facial waxing and lash and brow tinting are offered only when booked with a facial.

First-time clients are asked to bring a list or photos of their current skincare products and to stop at-home exfoliants and active ingredients such as AHAs or retinoids for 3 to 5 days beforehand. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Parking is available around the center; the studio is in the building on the right of Building A, facing the boulevard.

Customizes each facial to the client's specific needs using advanced technologies and skincare, and blends holistic and clinical approaches to skin and wellness.
