A 50% non-refundable deposit secures a booking. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling and a $15 late fee on the set; arriving more than 20 minutes late is treated as a cancellation with full payment charged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule, and no-shows are charged half the service fee. Fills must be booked within 3.5 weeks of the previous set and need at least 40% of lashes still in place, otherwise a full set is required. Payment plans are offered on bookings, packages and gift cards of $50 or more, subject to qualification.

Home appointments need a clean, safe workspace on the main entry level, as equipment cannot be carried up or down stairs. During the session, no male guests, partners or residents may be present, and no other people or pets may be in the working room; a male guest or resident present on arrival leads to cancellation with the full fee. The Studio Aesthetic Concept session is a private portfolio development session offered by direct invitation only, lasting about four hours with travel included.
