Extension work begins with a consultation, which can be done in person or by video call if the stylist approves. Extension prices are set during that consultation. In-person consultations carry a fee that is non-refundable but goes toward any booked service or retail purchase. Hair comes from the studio's own collection of virgin hair, matched to each client's texture and color.

Beyond extensions, the menu includes hair styling with shampoo and conditioning, blow outs, roller sets, a wash and go under a hooded dryer, and silk presses in regular or NanoKeratin versions. Color services cover foil highlighting, single and double process root touch ups, and full color, with some prices depending on hair length. Chemical relaxing uses the Affirm Relaxer System. Color and relaxer prices do not include hair styling, which is charged separately.

Waxing is offered across the face, body and legs, with prices starting at $10 for upper lip and rising by area and amount of hair. Detangling is a separate service that applies only to severe matting or tangling, and clients are told about its fee before it is added.

Booking is by call or text, or through the online inquiry form. Only certain services require a deposit, and those clients receive an electronic invoice at least 24 hours before their appointment. Deposits and sales are final. Children and other guests are welcome only with their own appointment, since the space is limited. Smoking is not permitted inside, and prices are subject to change.
