Booking is done online through the GlossGenius platform, and a card on file is required for every appointment. No deposit is currently taken. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit. The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 11 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Thursdays and Sundays.
Visits center on the waxing service, and some add-ons follow it directly. A high frequency treatment using a glass electrode is performed right after waxing, while the post Brazilian therapy includes a hydrojelly mask, red light and a serum. Aftercare products from Bushbalm, Waxness and Sweet & True Sugar Co are used during appointments, and Bushbalm aftercare is sold in the studio. Tampons, wipes and restroom supplies are kept on site.
Appointments have a five-minute grace period, and every booking must be confirmed the night before. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may be charged half the service total to the card on file, at the studio's discretion, and same-day cancellations may face the same fee. A no-call, no-show must pay the full scheduled total before booking again.
