The studio describes itself as Portland's premier lash extensions and lash lifts studio, and states that lash extensions are safe when applied by a licensed professional, as Oregon requires lash artists to be licensed.

Extensions come in three styles: classic, with one extension per natural lash; hybrid, roughly half classic and half volume fans; and volume, with up to seven lightweight extensions per natural lash. A first full set takes about two to two and a half hours and costs $180 for classic, $210 for hybrid or $250 for volume. Classic and hybrid fills cost $80 or $90 for 60 minutes, or $100 or $110 for 90 minutes, and volume fills cost $100 for 60 minutes or $120 for 90 minutes. Clients who had lashes applied elsewhere can book a new client fill for $100 in classic or hybrid, or $120 in volume, each 90 minutes, provided the existing lashes were applied correctly and at least 40% of the extensions remain; otherwise a full set is needed. Lash removal is $40, and 30-minute touchups are offered for sets within 10 days of the last visit.

Lash lifts curl natural lashes without adding extensions and last six to eight weeks. A lash lift alone is $95, a lash tint alone is $40, and the lift and tint together are $110, with tint lasting up to four weeks. Brow lamination lifts and sets brow hairs for up to six weeks, and the hairs can then be styled with gel or brow soap. It costs $95, $110 with tint, and a brow tint on its own is $40.

Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and to wash their lashes with an oil-free cleanser, which the studio provides. After extensions, avoid water for 24 hours, skip oil-based products near the eyes and brush daily with a clean spoolie. For brows, come with clean, ideally pre-shaped brows and avoid brow products that day. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50%. No-shows are charged the full service, and late arrivals should text, with the full slot charged. Clients who feel unwell can reschedule without a fee, but anyone arriving with symptoms is asked to leave and is still charged. No refunds are offered. Children and guests are not part of the visit. Gift cards can be bought online.

Each extension is bonded to a single natural lash rather than the skin, using traditional cyanoacrylate adhesive instead of LED or UV-cured systems, and every set is customized to the client's eye shape and style.

A private, one-on-one room where the lash artist's full attention stays with the client, with a calm feel and a cozy blanket on the treatment table.
