New clients are asked to fill out the new client intake form and book a consultation first. The consultation is used to assess the skin and talk through a customized treatment plan and home-care routine, so each client's plan starts from their own skin rather than a fixed menu. The practice says it aims for high-quality treatments and products backed by research.

The menu runs from a one-hour Signature Facial, which includes a deep cleanse, extractions, a hydrogel mask, a neck and shoulder massage, LED light therapy, and finishing serum and moisturizer with SPF, to a 45-minute Back Facial and several peel options. Peels range from a 30-minute TCA peel with no downtime to a longer acid-free sea sponge spicule resurfacing peel that involves several days of heavier peeling afterward. Add-ons such as microdermabrasion, microcurrent, LED light therapy and dermaplaning can be combined with other services.

Facial parties let a host gather friends for group facials at the studio. The studio provides everything needed for the facials, while the host chooses the package and any decor, food and drinks. Parties begin with a short presentation of studio services, and guests book their time slots on the day. Group sizes depend on the package, from three to ten guests.

Cancellations and reschedules should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled in time carry a 50 percent fee, and the full service price may be charged for appointments not cancelled with 48 hours' notice. Unpaid fees must be settled before another appointment can be booked.

Treatment plans are customized after an in-clinic consultation, and in-clinic services are paired with home-care products recommended for each client.
