Brow services include ombre powder brows for virgin brows, which take about three hours, and PMU touch-ups priced by how long ago the first treatment was done. Brow correction is an add-on for brows previously done by another artist. Cover-up and correction brows are offered to clients who were previously tattooed or microbladed; they take about four hours, need at least two sessions, and must cover the old shape without going smaller or thinner than it. The business says results of these cover-ups last one to three years, depending on skin type, care, aftercare and sun exposure. Lip tint is a semi-permanent lip cosmetic tattoo that typically needs a touch-up about once a year. Brow services are for clients 18 and older and require at least two sessions.

Lash services include full set classic lashes, which take about two hours, with wispy, volume or megavolume styles adding $15. A volume lash touch-up is offered at week two, lash lifts take about 40 minutes, and lash tint can be added on. Lash removal, also called a lash bath, is a 30-minute service. Micro-needling with stem cell uses a device with fine sterile needles and a stem cell ampoule applied during the session. Clients most often begin with three to five sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, then move to maintenance treatments every three months.

Booking works on a deposit. A $55 non-refundable deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the balance. Rescheduling must be requested at least seven days ahead, or the deposit is forfeited and a new one is required. Late arrivals may shorten the appointment. Appointments outside regular hours may be accommodated for a $50 convenience fee, subject to availability.

Training courses cover classic-hybrid lashes, volume and wispy megavolume lashes, an advanced lash course combining classic, hybrid and volume techniques, an ombre brow course, and skincare and micro-needling courses. Course lengths range from two to five days, and tuition for several courses is quoted by text on request. Courses include a full professional kit, a demo model, a certificate of completion and lifetime mentoring. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to enroll, and students receive discounts on BR lash and skin products. The program also includes an employment referral and an online listing so clients can book certified students.

Services are tailored to each client, with facials built around individual skincare needs and brow and micro-needling plans following a set schedule of sessions and touch-ups.
