The lash menu centers on extensions in three styles. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash and take about two hours and fifteen minutes. Hybrid sets combine classic extensions with handmade volume fans, and volume sets use handmade fans alone for added fullness, taking about two hours and thirty minutes. Fills are booked every two to three weeks, and take about an hour to an hour and a quarter depending on the style.

Fill timing follows set rules. A fill needs at least 40% of the extensions still in place; fills booked more than three weeks after the previous visit, or with fewer than 40% remaining, are upgraded to an extended fill. Extended fills, booked three to four weeks apart, run about an hour and a half, and appointments beyond four weeks require a full set. Between fills, a Lash Refresh touch-up is booked within seven to ten days of the last appointment. Refresh appointments that arrive more than five minutes late are canceled and charged the full appointment amount.

Results from a lift are described as lasting approximately six to eight weeks. A tint refresh with keratin treatment is recommended four weeks after a lift and tint and takes about forty minutes. Lash removal takes about thirty-five minutes. Foreign fills, for extensions applied by another artist, are accepted case by case and priced according to the work.

The studio runs an event hairstyling service that it describes as luxury. Each appointment lasts one hour and suits weddings, formal occasions, photo shoots and celebrations. Styling is done with heated tools, pinning and finishing products. Clients should come in with hair washed and fully dried. Clip-in extensions can be added for a surcharge. Event hairstyling is priced case by case.
