The menu is broad. Skincare includes custom facials tailored to individual concerns after a consultation, a teen facial ($65, 1 hour), a refresher facial ($95, 45 minutes), a range of exfoliations from glycolic and lactic to salicylic and Jessner, chemical peels from light to deep, and essential oil infusions in blends such as lavender, eucalyptus and rose. Microneedling ($400, 2 hours 30 minutes) is listed as a signature treatment, and BB Glow ($275, 2 hours) is a semi-permanent pigment facial that lasts up to several months.

The Lash Bar offers classic, volume and hybrid extensions, lifts, tints, lash therapy and extension removal. Extensions can last 4 to 6 weeks before a refill, and lifts and tints can last up to 8 weeks. The Brow Bar covers shaping, tinting and henna brows, and the Permanent Makeup menu includes nano brows, microblading, powder brows, permanent eyeliner, eyelash enhancement, lip blush and touch-ups. Waxing covers brows, lips, chin, ears, sideburns and full face for women and men, and smile enhancements include teeth whitening and teeth gems.

Visits are by appointment only, booked through the Vagaro portal linked from the website. There is an online waitlist, and the salon contacts people on it if a last-minute cancellation opens a spot. Deposits are non-refundable, though with at least one week's notice a deposit can be moved to a future appointment. Complimentary consultations are offered for skincare, lash and permanent makeup. For permanent makeup, touch-ups are typically due every 4 to 8 months (semi-annual) or 12 to 18 months (annual), and a missed touch-up may mean booking sooner with extra charges.

The spa describes its approach as holistic, covering physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. It says it uses organic skincare products and, in its spa treatments, only organic and sustainable ingredients.
