Most of the menu is nail work: manicures and pedicures in several levels, plus solar powder, dip powder, and Clear-Gel sets for fills and full sets. Pedicures include nail cutting and filing, a soak in a massage pedicure chair, cuticle care, and callus treatment, and Shellac polish is an extra charge on pedicures. Custom nail art is priced from a photo the client brings, and changes to the design change the price. The salon describes custom nails as its most popular service.

Facial and spa options include a standard facial and a signature spa facial that begins with a skin consultation, then cleansing, steam, hot towel wraps, exfoliation, and a face mask. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, bikini, and legs, and individual eyelash extensions are also available. Services and purchases are non-refundable, and gift cards can only be redeemed at the Vancouver location. The salon is open daily, with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday.
