The lash menu is the largest part of the list. Clients can choose classic, hybrid or volume extensions, booked as a two-week or three-week fill or as a full set, and the price and visit length rise with the style and the fill interval. Bottom lash extensions and individual cluster lashes are also offered, along with lash removal.

On the brow side there is a simple brow wax and a semi-permanent brow tint, which fills in the brows with dye and includes a wax. Lip and chin waxing are quick add-ons for shorter visits.

Because the work is done on the eyes and face, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and lashes, with no makeup during the service, and to leave contact lenses out. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes. Services cannot be guaranteed after the appointment, aftercare is the client's responsibility, and instructions are given on request. Clients should mention any allergies to their technician, and refunds are not given once a service has been performed.
