The space is warm and open, and the salon describes it as welcoming to all genders. The salon says its standards are the highest standards of cleanliness and care. Walk-ins are accepted, though appointments are prioritized, and clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late forfeit their appointment. Bookings are made by calling the salon at (619) 255-2591, since they cannot be made through the website. Complimentary beverages, including champagne or mimosa, are offered to clients.

Scalp treatments come in three packages. The Classic (40 minutes, $55) includes a head massage, basic facial, double shampoo, conditioner and blow dry. The Premium (60 minutes, $75) adds neck and shoulder massage, a steam eye mask, a Gua Sha roller, a keratin hair mask and a foot massage. The Royal (90 minutes, $100) is the longest, with a full-body massage using hot stones, a basic facial with a collagen mask and the same finishing steps. The salon says these treatments address dryness, dandruff, oiliness, sensitivity and buildup.

Manicures and pedicures include a hot towel finish and a herbal neck wrap, and pedicures also include a warm bath bomb soak and an organic lemon scrub. Gel X extensions start at $65, and the salon describes them as dust-free, odor-free and not damaging to natural nails.

Group parties and private events, including bridal parties, baby showers and birthday celebrations, can be hosted in the salon. Groups of more than five are recommended to book at least two weeks ahead. The deposit is $100 for parties of 5 to 10 guests and $250 for 11 or more, and it is applied to the final bill. An automatic 20% service fee is added to group bills, and a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne is offered to group guests. Discounts are not offered for group events. Gratuity is not included in the final price, and cash is the preferred payment method, though Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Apple Pay are also accepted.

The salon holds that everyone is entitled to self-care and that services should reflect each client's personal identity.
